Domestic Orders

Once the order is placed, processing and delivery takes up-to 5–7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
For products marked as 'Made to Order', the production and delivery time ranges from 15-30 working days, as these pieces are handcrafted with utmost care and precision.

If you need your order delivered earlier than the standard timeline or on a specific date, simply let us know by mentioning it in the notes section when placing your order.
Our team will review your request and do their best to make the necessary arrangements. If feasible, our team will confirm the acceptance of the request and communicate the delivery process (and any additional requirements for expediting the request).

We kindly request you to ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive your order.
As some deliveries may require a signature, we suggest arranging for an alternative recipient (such as a family member, friend, or neighbor) if you are unavailable.
Please note that while we strive for a smooth delivery, Anjali Jain Jewellery cannot be held responsible for goods signed by someone else on your behalf.

If you receive the box in a damaged condition, please take a video of the parcel before opening it. If the jewelry inside is found to be damaged due to improper handling by the courier company, kindly inform us promptly. We will arrange a pickup of the damaged item and ensure a replacement is delivered to you.
If there are any issues with your order, such as shortages or damages, please reach out to us at anjalijainjewellery@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
Unfortunately, we would not be able to consider reports received after 24 hours of delivery.
If you are unavailable within this delivery timeframe, kindly inform us in advance.

Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking details to keep you updated.
If you have not received the tracking information, feel free to email us at anjalijainjewellery@gmail.com, including your Order Number in the message, and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note that we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for orders placed via online payment on our website or on items purchased during a discount or offer.
However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage that makes it unusable, we are happy to assist.
- Simply write to us within 24 hours of delivery at anjalijainjewellery@gmail.com with the subject REPLACEMENT.
- Please include your Order Number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.
- Depending on the situation, we will either send a replacement or provide you with a discount code for future use.

We primarily ship our international orders with a safe and reliable delivery partner.
The delivery timeline after the order is placed on our website is 7-15 working days.

During checkout, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on your location.
