We are committed towards customer satisfaction and highly recommend you to read our policy carefully.
We do not offer any returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the order is placed via online payment on the website or on items purchased at a discount or offer.
If you have received a product that has a manufacturing defect or damage that would make the use of the product impossible, you can write to us within 24 hours of delivery at anjalijainjewellery@gmail.com. Please mention the subject of the email as REPLACEMENT and also do mention your Order Number. Please include a description and photos of the defect. Depending on the specific issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or a discount code that you can use on a future purchase.
If you have received a product with sizing issues, you can write to anjalijainjewellery@gmail.com to check if your desired size is available.
If the size is available, courier charges for return of both the purchased product and replacement must be borne by you.
Our pieces are handcrafted and can never be 100% an exact replica of anything that you might have seen before or the ones shown in picture on our website or any other portal.
Anjali Jain Jewellery holds the final authority to decide whether the piece needs a replacement or not. We are committed towards customer satisfaction and will never take it for granted.
